This year-long fellowship equips participants with essential leadership and management skills to tackle pressing issues in education, health, and economic security. Participants will spend 10 transformative days in New York and Burlington, Vermont, alongside immersive virtual training, gaining the knowledge and tools to drive local impact through global exchange.

Program Structure
1. Virtual Assessment (1 Month):
- Intensive community mapping and needs assessment.
- Participants learn tools and strategies to evaluate local challenges.
2. In-Person Fellowship in the USA (10 Days):
- Travel to New York and Burlington, Vermont.
- Present a community issue to address during the program.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and mentorship sessions.
3. Virtual Project Implementation:
- After returning home, participants implement their solutions in local communities.
