Are you passionate about environmental change and eager to create a global impact? The HKH Arctic Youth Leadership Forum 2025 in Reykjavik, Iceland, offers young climate advocates the chance to engage in critical discussions and solutions surrounding climate change.
Organized by ICIMOD and the Arctic Circle, this forum brings together youth from the Hindu Kush Himalaya (HKH) and Arctic regions, where warming is occurring at unprecedented rates. Participants will work collaboratively through virtual and in-person sessions to drive climate action.

Who Can Apply?
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Age: 19–35 years old
- Nationality: Must be a citizen of an HKH or Arctic country
- Affiliation: Must be active in a youth-led or climate-related organization
- Interest: Strong passion for environmental and climate issues
- Leadership: Proven involvement in volunteering or community work
- Availability: 4–7 hours/month for one year (virtually)
- Equipment: Access to a laptop and reliable internet
- Passport: Valid for at least six months after October 2025
