The Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology – OIST Research Internship Program 2025 (Fully Funded) is an opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on research experience in STEM fields. This prestigious program allows participants to collaborate with leading scientists, work in advanced laboratories, and immerse themselves in Japan’s research environment. Eligibility Criteria:

To apply, candidates must meet one of the following requirements:

• Be in the final two years of a Bachelor’s degree
• Be enrolled in any year of a Master’s degree
• Have recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Applicants must demonstrate an academic background relevant to the research areas at OIST.

Note: PhD students are not eligible for this program.
