The US TechGirls Summer Exchange Program 2026 is a fully funded exchange opportunity in the United States designed to empower young women passionate about science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). For 2026, the TechGirls program will select 111 outstanding young women from 37 participating countries and the United States, offering them a transformative learning experience that combines technical training, cultural exchange, and leadership development.

The TechGirls Program is a seven-month mentoring initiative, during which participants spend 23 fully funded days in the United States. The program focuses on hands-on STEM learning, professional exposure, and cross-cultural collaboration.

During their stay, participants engage in interactive workshops, technology camps, and site visits across major U.S. cities, helping them explore real-world STEM careers and innovation ecosystems.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the US TechGirls Summer Exchange Program 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Age: 15โ€“17 years old
  • Date of Birth: Born between July 12, 2008, and July 11, 2011
  • Citizenship: From an eligible country
  • Academic Interest: Strong skills and passion for STEM fields
  • Career Goals: Intend to pursue STEM education and careers

  • Commitment: Willingness to complete a community-based STEM project after the program
